Weaving, dyeing, processing and cut-and-sew, all under one roof in Karachi — built to give buyers one point of contact from first sample to shipping documents.
HRW was founded in 1990 in Karachi, Pakistan, and has grown into a vertically integrated terry manufacturer running two production units — from raw yarn through to finished, packed export cartons. That integration is the core of how we operate: rather than subcontracting weaving, dyeing or finishing to third parties, every stage stays inside our own facilities, under our own quality control.
Over more than 30 years, that structure has let us build direct, long-term relationships with importers, retail buyers and hospitality groups across North America, Europe, the Middle East and South America — supplying everything from private-label retail programs to large-volume hospitality linen contracts.
The same production base supports four distinct program types — from shelf-ready retail packs to buyer-developed private label.
A single point of contact from first brief through to export documentation.
Share construction, GSM, size, color and packing requirements — or a reference sample.
We develop the quality in-house: weave, pile, design and finish, submitted for your review.
Lab dips and sample approval signed off in writing before bulk production is released.
Weaving, dyeing and processing run in our own units against the approved standard.
In-line and final inspection at AQL as per buyer standard.
Labels, retail packs, banding and export cartons made up to your specification.
Shipment ex Karachi, on the Incoterms your program requires, with full export documentation.
Development, approval, production, packing and export are all handled inside our own units — you deal with one company from first sample to shipping documents.
