Pile height, GSM and ground construction set at the loom — 58 looms running air-jet, shuttleless and jacquard weaves.
02 · Dyeing & Processing
Greige terry is scoured, bleached and dyed in-house, with lab dips signed off before every bulk colour run.
03 · Finishing
Towels are dried, sheared and inspected before cutting and packing — hand feel verified at every stage.
